New Studio

So word may have got around about the new studio. It's a small space not far from the current private studio. We initially wanted to make it a full-time street shop as we all miss the spontaneity of that environment. At present we are still tapping our fingers waiting for the DA approval from the council, so it looks like it's still at least 6 weeks away. We're very excited about creating the space and the launch but there is still a lot of work to do. I'll be posting further news here as things progress.

Horimasu is now working at Innervision Tattoo in Surry Hills. He's still a nice guy and still a good tattooist, so go get something off him!

All of us now have our own tshirts for sale, I hope to get some photos up here of them soon.

Nathan and I will be working the New Zealand Tattoo and Art Festival in November - see their site for details and book soon if you want to get some work done. It's a good chance for those of you who don't want to wait 18 months to get work from either of us, and flights are CHEAP.

I'll also be doing a friend's convention in Singapore in December - more details as i get them.

This pic something i did a while back but i still like it! Enjoy.

New website, new shop, new artists..

Ok, so we're getting busy here at Tatudharma. At present we have working with us: myself (Josh), Nathan Puata, Clarity Hampshire, Tong, and Alex Cairns.

As of next Thursday (13th May) we will also have Horimasu from Japan working a guest spot for a month or so. He does great work and is a super nice guy, come and get tattooed!!! Ring the studio on 96999029 to make an appointment with him.

The website is undergoing a major overhaul, so at the moment it's bare bones (www.tatudharma.com). Also, we have a new shop opening soon - it's going to be a streetshop version of the current Tatudharma, with a few new artists and continuing the friendly and professional atmosphere we have come to be known for. The private studio will remain open with the artists listed above working by appointment only. The studio website has links to everyone's work.

Here's a little taste of some of my recently finished work too..
